The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has outlined procurement plans for a major recompete of its Integrated Cybersecurity Assessments and Hygiene Support Services requirement. Set for release on or around January 30 via the GSA Alliant 2 vehicle, the task order's ceiling is expected to surpass $100 million. This represents a significant expansion in scale and scope from the predecessor contract, reflecting CISA’s growing operational mandates in proactive network defense and threat mitigation across the federal civilian executive branch and critical infrastructure sectors.
NTT Data Federal Services holds the incumbent position, having originally secured the baseline award in 2020. CISA recently extended NTT Data’s contract through March 2027, maintaining continuity while preparing the enlarged solicitation. To date, approximately $41.6 million has been obligated under the current iteration. The incoming requirement will consolidate technical assessments, operational evaluations, cyber hygiene monitoring, and enablement activities into a modernized, scalable support vehicle for CISA’s Vulnerability Management Subdivision.
