Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Change plans or cancel from your Account settings — no calls, no retention traps.
What is the Founding Member offer?
The first 100 successfully paid founding customers — ever — lock in Signal Pro at $39/mo for life. Positions are permanent and numbered 1–100: once activated, a position is consumed. Cancelling, lapsing, or upgrading retires it, and it cannot be reclaimed or reissued to anyone else. Unpaid checkouts release their 30-minute hold without consuming a position. If the offer sells out we never substitute the regular price silently — you choose it explicitly.
Do you offer team or agency pricing?
Yes. Team includes five seats at $499/mo or $4,990/yr, with additional seats at $79/mo or $790/yr each. Team self-service runs to 24 seats; 25 or more seats moves to Signal Command, which starts at $24,950/yr and includes Workspace™, SSO, API, and dedicated analyst hours.
How is tax handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable VAT, GST, and sales tax are calculated and collected at checkout, and your invoice shows the exact amount charged.
Is there a government / GSA path?
Yes. For agency purchase orders, GSA schedule questions, or ATO documentation, contact Signal Command.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly and annual plans. Email support@defensesignals.com and we'll process it. See our Refund Policy. Enterprise contracts are governed by the master agreement.
