Defense Signals, operated by Intelica Analytics, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all self-serve subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — monthly or annual, no explanation required.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Intelica Analytics. To request a refund, email support@defensesignals.com with the email address or receipt from your order, or open Account → Membership → Payment details & invoices to review your billing history. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Enterprise and invoiced agreements
Enterprise and multi-seat contracts signed directly with Intelica Analytics are governed by the refund and termination terms of the applicable master agreement. Contact enterprise@defensesignals.com with questions.
